“The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout. It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom. Join us this year as we continue to help keep his legacy alive through The Murph Challenge campaign.”

3rd year and counting
CALWOF is very proud of our second year of helping to support, what is now, a nationwide effort for fitness and camaraderie. Centered in California but growing to Tenessee, Texas and Minnesota and beyond, this “shared experience” of suffering through a grueling workout is one to create memories and build a healthy dose of lactic acid.
”That sucked but it was Awesome! Thanks to CalWOF for helping put this together. It means a lot on so many levels.Anonymous Murph Participant from 2021California Wildlife Officer
